Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account: email address, hashed password, your chosen handle, the timestamp of your 13+ confirmation, and the time you created the account.
  • Profile identifiers you provide: Steam URL, Riot ID, Bungie name, etc. We store these so we can re-sync your stats later.
  • Game stats: the public ranks, hours, and recent match summaries fetched from the third-party services listed in the Terms.
  • Operational logs: standard request logs from our hosting provider (IP, user-agent, timestamps), kept briefly for abuse detection and debugging.

What we don't collect

  • We don't collect date of birth.
  • We don't sell your data, ever.
  • We don't run third-party advertising or behavioural-ad cookies.
  • We don't require any payment information.

Children

Aceverse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. EU users must be 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in their member state). If you believe a child has provided us information, email hello@aceverse.gg and we'll delete the account.

Third-party data sources

To populate your profile we make requests to the public APIs of: IGDB, Steam, Riot (via HenrikDev), OpenDota, Leetify, tracker.gg, op.gg/u.gg/wol.gg, overfast-api, apexlegendsapi, Supercell (via RoyaleAPI proxy), Bungie, Blizzard, and fortnitetracker. Each upstream sees a request from our server, not from you.

Where your data is stored

User accounts and profiles live in Upstash Redis (Frankfurt or Sydney region, depending on deploy). Operational logs are hosted by Vercel.

Your rights

You can edit your profile from aceverse.gg/<your-handle>at any time. To export or delete everything we hold about you, email hello@aceverse.gg with the email on your account; we'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK users have GDPR rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (aceverse_session) to keep you logged in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date.
